This website

tenacora.com is informational. You may read it and link to it. The text, names, and artwork on it belong to Tenacora LLC. We may change or withdraw any page at any time.

Our apps

Our apps are licensed, not sold, and are distributed through the App Store under Apple's standard end user licence agreement together with any licence shown inside the app. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

None of our apps give medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. They record and organise information you enter. Decisions you make from that information are your own. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

To the extent the law allows, the apps and this website are provided as they are, with no warranty, and Tenacora LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Text messages

Program description. Tenacora LLC runs a small SMS program for people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts from us. Messages are conversational and account related: updates and reminders you have asked for, replies to questions you send us, notices about your account, and support follow-ups. It is not a marketing blast list.

How you join. You join only by giving us your mobile number and saying yes, either in writing to support@tenacora.com, in a form where the consent box is unticked until you tick it, or by texting us first. We never add a number we were given by someone else and we never buy lists.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. We will send one final confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email support@tenacora.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy, download, or use any Tenacora app, or to get support.

We do not share mobile opt-in data. Mobile information, including your number and your consent to be texted, is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so that they can deliver them.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the site, the apps, or our messaging, and do not use them to do anything unlawful or to harass anyone.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
