Privacy
This website
tenacora.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms. It is served by Cloudflare, which may keep short-lived connection logs (such as IP address and request time) to operate and protect the service under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive or use that data.
Our apps
Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store page and from inside the app. They share the same principles:
- No accounts and no sign-up. We do not know who you are.
- Your data is stored on your device. Where an app offers sync, it uses your own iCloud account, which we cannot read.
- No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We receive only Apple's anonymous sales reporting.
If you write to support@tenacora.com we keep your message for as long as needed to reply and to follow up on the issue. We do not add you to any list.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send you the messages you asked for and to reply to you. Message frequency varies and Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, including your number and your consent to be texted, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The only parties that see it are the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so that they can deliver them. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying or using anything of ours.
